The owner personally messaged me on WhatsApp after I left my mobile charger in the room at checkout. He arranged an Uber parcel to send it to my location and followed up until it arrived safely. That was a great end to an excellent stay. The hotel was the cleanest I've come across in Hyderabad so far: the room and bed were spotless, with no stains on the sheets, unlike many other hotels. Staff were polite and check-in was hassle-free. Truly satisfying. ♥️

I've stayed at D’Comfort Inn, Hyderabad for work about 15 days a month over the past seven months, and it's been very good value. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, and housekeeping does a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Staff and managers are polite, professional and ready to help, even late at night. Their support makes these longer stays convenient and pleasant. I'd recommend it for business or personal trips.

Decent stay and the Wi-Fi was good. I've no complaints since I knew what I was signing up for. I'd suggest skipping the breakfast option.

No one was at reception when I arrived to check in at 3:40 PM. They said they were at lunch. The bed was uncomfortable, the AC didn't cool properly, and there were cockroaches in the room. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it unless things improve.

Good service. The rooms were clean and neat, and the bathroom and interior were very good too.
