The greenery and open spaces made it easy to take a peaceful walk, and the atmosphere was calm. The restaurant opens onto a lovely garden, and breakfast was decent and enjoyable. My room was spacious, with a bit of a dated feel and vintage charm. It’s a blend of classic and modern styles. I had a pleasant two-day stay, and being near the US visa centre is a definite plus if you have an appointment there.

Ankith was kind, supportive, and quick to help throughout our stay, and his hospitality really made a difference. Ella Hotel was neat, clean, and well maintained, so we had a comfortable and relaxing visit. Thanks for the great experience. We look forward to coming back.

The poolside seating was very good, and the rooms were spacious and clean, despite the doubts I had after reading earlier reviews. It’s also very close to the US visa centre, which is handy. The hotel is vintage and nice, but it needs a modern look and an upgrade. The receptionist was a real misfit in hospitality: she had a stern, displeased look. She should be taught to be warm and hospitable, or removed.

The rooms are good, and the hotel is close to major offices and the consulate. But the front desk was the painful part. The reception staff didn’t know how to treat guests, and even with high room charges, it felt like they wanted to loot us in other ways. Their behavior made the stay a bad one.

Rupali, Praveen, and their team looked after us very well. Breakfast was a real plus, with lots of variety and many South Indian dishes. The rooms, though, need maintenance that’s long overdue.
