OYO 2265 Hotel Jasmine

I stayed two nights at hotel jasmine paldi, and it was the worst experience of my life. The room wasn't good, there was no privacy, and the bathroom was in bad shape with lots of cockroaches. The AC also wasn't working properly. They charged 1500 for the room at check-in, while MakeMyTrip charged me 4200, which makes no sense. My booking said the room should be upgraded, and specifically mentioned a complimentary upgrade to deluxe, but when I asked the receptionist, he simply said no rooms were available. The staff banged on the door when bringing breakfast. Breakfast was just two cups of tea and one paratha, which I'd never eaten before. There were no basic amenities, despite what the photos showed. No TV, dental kit, sewing kit, soap, or hot water, even though there was a geyser. There was no locked cupboard, just one towel for two people, and no water bottles, shower caps, newspaper, dental kit, or work desk. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
