I stayed for 3 days, and they changed my towel only once. The bedsheet wasn’t changed at all. Also, the hotel doesn’t allow guests to drink liquor, even with a permit.

The exterior, reception, and hallways looked clean and good, and the locality near Ellis bridge is nice. I stayed for a day at Chicago, room 303. It’s a good hotel below Rs-1000, but the room needs maintenance: water poured onto the dressing table, the wash basin tap shook badly, the washroom exhaust fan made an abnormal noise, the wardrobe wasn’t clean, and the calling bell didn’t work. They need to sort these basic things out to earn a better rating for this budget.

The room was old-fashioned, the staff were very lazy, and breakfast didn’t arrive on time. Don’t waste your money booking here.

A nice place for an official stay. The staff were all humble, and the service was good.

The rooms have enough space, and the place feels pleasant. Management was very good and helpful too.
