The beds were super comfortable, the shower was excellent, and I loved the decor. The team was kind, usually smiling, and seemed to care about making our visit satisfying. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing, and the staff looked after everything so well. It was a refreshing escape and a really enjoyable stay.

Mr. Tilak, the manager, deserves a special mention for his professional, welcoming hospitality and for making sure things ran smoothly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the whole place had a pleasant, relaxing feel. Staff were polite, responsive, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay at Pybbs Hotel and would choose it again. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay and great service.

I arranged a reservation at Itanagar Hotel Pybss for my department seniors and VIPs, and the front office team and management made their stay comfortable and hassle-free. They were polite, professional, and proactive, and gave me personalized help after taking time to understand what I needed. The complicated paperwork and payment steps caused some pressure, but the team handled them calmly and patiently, with real expertise and good problem-solving. I appreciate the front office staff and Manager for their courteous support, and the whole team for their hard work. I'll recommend Hotel Pybss to colleagues and friends. Five-star service deserves recognition.

The in-house restaurant served tasty food, with a good mix of local and Indian dishes. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and a great window view. The central location made it easy to get around Itanagar, and the staff were courteous, professional, and willing to help with requests. Room service was a little delayed at times, but that was a minor issue and didn't significantly affect my pleasant stay at Hotel PYBSS. I'd consider staying here again, for business or leisure.
