I loved my room, and the staff were so helpful all week. The food was great too, and I tried nearly everything on the menu. It's one of the hottest months here, but the air conditioning and ceiling fan kept me cool whenever I came back from outside. The water supply was steady and very ample as well. Having cool air and plenty of water all the time was phenomenal. Guests tend to leave their finished room service trays in the hallways, yet I didn't see a single bug anywhere in the hotel all week. That's impressive. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back on business from America.

I had a very bad stay at Hotel Riverfront, Paldi, Ahmedabad. The room was poorly maintained and not clean at all, with dirty bedsheets and a dusty floor. At check-in, Mr.Harish at reception was very rude. I showed him my booking slip, but he seemed not to know how to look it up in their system, and it took almost 30 minutes to verify. Around 6:45 a.m. the next morning, I called for toothpaste. Mr.Harish rudely said it was 4 a.m., told me not to call again, and said they would provide it only after 8 a.m. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I expected basic cleanliness and better hospitality. I don't recommend this hotel and won't stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here, though I don't know why people rated the hotel negatively. For this price range, it's good and the service is nice. The reception staff are polite and don't bother or disturb you for no reason.

The staff were mostly polite and keen to help, and the food was good. One man was an exception, but that was alright. The location is the best thing about this place. The rooms are tiny, the facilities are lacking, and for 1400/- it doesn’t feel like good value. There was no liquid soap, the sheets were dirty or had holes, and they didn’t provide bottled water. Hard to like it.
