Raja Bhai made the stay feel personal. He was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and I’d gladly come back. Hotel Shabana in Colaba is clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming feel. The staff were helpful throughout my five days there. It’s also economical for such a prime spot, and a good fit if you want comfort without spending too much. I’d recommend it for a visit to Colaba or Mumbai. Thanks, I’ll visit again.

We checked in at 4am, and the room was clean with no bad smell. The staff helped carry our heavy bags up to the second floor, which was useful since there’s no lift. The owner is very kind, and the hotel is couple friendly. A good low budget place to stay.

The rooms felt quite cramped and could use more space, though my stay was good. The staff were friendly and well mannered. The hotel is inside a large building and the entrance is small. I’d recommend it for families and friends.

I’m from Kerala and have stayed at Hotel Shabana twice. Both times the staff treated me really well and were eager to help with whatever I needed. The rooms were neat and clean, and I liked the location too.

The location is very good and the beds were clean. My room felt pretty humid, and there was some outside noise while I was trying to sleep. Also, there was a lot of pressure to write a review. It’s an okay hotel.
