The indoor area was too small, with room for only 10-20 people, and it was very crowded on Sunday, with over 500 people. The resort itself is big, so that part was fine, but there was no kids’ play area or air conditioned banquet room or other place to relax in the afternoon. The waterslides, pool, washroom, and changing area weren’t maintained, and there was no safety. Poll Wire was open in a few places. Indoor games had little space. A one day trip felt like a waste of money.

The resort didn’t live up to the hype, and I left disappointed. The place wasn’t well maintained, and management needs to address cleanliness, especially around the water activities. The food was okay. The indoor gaming zone was too small for the number of people, awkwardly placed, and felt like the pool table and table tennis were added just for show. Why put it at the far end of the resort? I understand staff can’t answer every question when it’s busy, but it would’ve helped if they were more attentive. Maybe the experience is better on weekdays or regular days, but after my visit, I’d give it a miss.

The food was a highlight, with fresh, flavorful dishes that were presented beautifully. Arnab was especially welcoming and attentive, and his hospitality made the whole visit feel even better. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end and can’t wait to come back. 🙌✨

We’d visited once before, but this time was a huge letdown. The facilities and breakfast choices have been cut back, and high tea was just one item. Several good water rides are gone, while the rides left behind felt like waste. The wave pool ran for only 15 minutes and didn’t seem to be operated smoothly, so nobody could really enjoy it. Rain dance lasted two minutes before it was shut off. The indoor games area is a small room that fits only eight people, and when it gets crowded there’s no one managing it. People’s clothes were getting damaged at the back during rides. The food was very bad, and there was no real service. When I tried to complain, the receptionist didn’t answer properly. Rates are unchanged while the experience has got worse. It feels like they care about money, especially from overnight guests, and not day visitors. Day guests seem to be treated like beggars. I wouldn’t recommend going, it felt like a total waste of money.
