The good parts were Saffron restaurant, where both lunch and breakfast tasted good, the generous breakfast spread, and the convenient location. Still, I’d skip this property overall. Reception staff weren’t welcoming and seemed in a rush to deal with us. Wyndham Diamond Members get no membership perks here, so it’s better to book another Wyndham property. Some basic room amenities were missing and had to be requested. The coffee mugs were dirty, and the replacements weren’t clean either.

I’d give this one star, though the way we were treated made me want to give zero. Fellow bikers, I wouldn’t recommend booking here. You can find better hotels. My Superbike’s tyre got punctured during my stay. It took a lot of effort to park it safely in front of the hotel, and I told the front desk executive right away. He had no issue with it, but a security guard kept insisting that I move it, even after I explained I’d already spoken to the desk. I had parked it in a corner where it wouldn’t block vehicles being dropped off or picked up at reception. I needed to go some distance to get it fixed and asked to leave it there for just 30 minutes. They didn’t seem concerned about my situation and cared more about the hotel’s appearance than the customer. In a service business, staff need to be more careful about how they treat guests.

The hotel has a good ambience and could pass for an architectural beauty. I wasn’t keen on how the reception area is tucked away, though. My family’s room was rather cramped, although I’m sure they have larger rooms on another floor. I also noticed reluctance from the reception staff. They weren’t welcoming and seemed almost suspicious, as if we didn’t deserve to be there. Staff need training in how to treat guests and the people who come to visit them.

The staff, Koel and Amit, were very uncooperative, which made the whole thing more frustrating. When we raised the mismatch, manager Amit wouldn’t really listen or offer a solution. He just told us to leave feedback on the website. I booked through Flipkart based on the photos there, but the room we got didn’t match the pictures and wasn’t up to the mark. The dining area shown online was missing completely. It wasn’t the experience we were led to expect.
