Around midnight, while traveling with my senior citizen mother, I had to abandon our check-in and find another hotel. The front desk had quoted ₹6,555 per night for a room for 3 adults, but manager Bandana then demanded ₹9,055 for the same room without a valid explanation. When I challenged the change, she was rude and used inappropriate language. She also scolded and badly disrespected the other front desk executive, Dhruv, in front of me. Instead of helping, she showed no empathy or courtesy, leaving us stressed and inconvenienced. This kind of price change and treatment is unacceptable for a hotel carrying the Renaissance / Marriott brand. I strongly don't recommend it, and management needs training in professionalism, ethics, and basic hospitality.

Palladium mall is nearby if you want to shop or find entertainment. I liked the spacious king suite, with its separate living area, and the bed gave me a very comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast had plenty of familiar choices plus some local dishes, all quite tasty. Staff were polite and service was good, while the food overall was nice. The executive lounge was disappointing, with few options. Some of the fittings looked old and could use an upgrade. It's a Marriott property with good connectivity.

I've been here for 25 days, and the restaurant team has been consistently polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Ms. Menuka, Mr. Brijj, and Mr. KK for their genuine hospitality. They made my long stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The food was the bright spot at our wedding here. Chef Suneel was outstanding, and many guests said it was among the best wedding meals they'd had. The rest of the planning and service was a very mixed experience, especially with sales directors Rupal and Satish. They repeatedly reversed agreements, so get every detail in writing. The day before the wedding, they changed our event location and said a “complimentary” space could be taken away. Housekeeping refused to clean rooms, then added charges for cleaning towels. Room service took nearly a full day to bring soup bowls. In the hours before events, we had long arguments with the sales team over arrangements that should have been settled. Although we sent room allocation spreadsheets multiple times ahead, guest rooms were still assigned incorrectly. For such an important occasion, the organisation and sales service fell well below expectations.
