Breakfast is brought to the room, but there’s very little choice. The rooms are small and pretty ordinary, and the washroom feels very dated. I complained about the lack of hot water while bathing, and staff came by, but the water stayed cold.

I won’t come back here. I was 45 minutes late checking out, and they wanted to charge me for the whole day, whether I used the room or left. This came after I asked for a complimentary water bottle and had a small discussion with staff, who reported it to management. I said I’d pay the early check-in amount they charge customers, but they still insisted on a full day. It felt like they were looking for a chance to seize on one customer mistake instead of sorting out the problem. Lolz, come on.

I paid Rs. 2500 for one night after being told it was 2200 plus 12% tax. Later I realized the tax should have been only 5%. When I asked the arrogant receptionist to explain the rent and tax, I got no clarity. There was no water in the bathroom, and the window AC was broken. Pathetic service. I’d go back home if I couldn’t find anywhere else, but I’d never stay here again. It wouldn’t even be my last choice.

There was no lift during my stay, the bathrooms were ugly, and there wasn’t any hot water. The rooms weren’t comfortable either, yet they charge as if this were a super deluxe hotel.
