The plantation walk by the lake was lovely, and I also joined the bird-watching walk and plantation drive. Both were fun and full of interesting information. Meals in the open dining area, with greenery all around and birds singing, were a real highlight. Breakfast was especially good, and the dosa was the best I had on my whole trip. We stayed in the Premium Villa, with the infinity pool right beside our room and beautiful views. The villa felt so private that it was almost as if we were the only guests there. The room's details were carefully chosen and made the place feel luxurious. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by lush green nature. I can't praise it enough, we had an exceptional stay and I wish we'd had more time. Pepper Trail is a wonderful escape, and I'll definitely return.

The treehouses were clean and comfortable, and staying among the treetops with monkeys around was a treat. We also loved swimming and relaxing at the beautiful infinity pool. The grounds felt magical, with a huge variety of plants and trees. Food and restaurant service were first class, and the staff were fantastic. One of the nicest places I've stayed, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The 150-year-old bungalow is a must-see, and the naturalist, Mr. Kishore, took us on a jeep ride. Seeing a hornbill, a 150-year-old coffee plant, and giant bamboo will stay with me. Amal, the manager, and the rest of the staff were polite and humble, which made the stay more comfortable. The experience was good, but rude behavior from the reservation staff ruined the trip.

Pepper Trail gave us a very peaceful place to unwind. We booked both the Pool Villa and Mackenzie Suite, and the villa in particular would suit couples looking for privacy and comfort. The staff were attentive, courteous, and very well trained throughout our stay. The food was consistently very good. We had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The plantation trails make this a great place for anyone who loves nature or photography, whether you're after a quiet break or a walk among the trees. Pepper Trail sits in a lush 200-acre coffee and spice plantation in Wayanad, and the giant trees and sounds of nature make it a welcome change from city life. Staying in the luxurious tree houses and heritage villas was a special experience. Service was excellent, and the food, especially the traditional Kerala dishes, was delicious and authentic. A real gem, highly recommended for a visit to Wayanad.
