The location was convenient and easy to get to, and I had a great stay at Hotel Shrimad Residency. My room was comfortable, neat, and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, with excellent service. Highly recommended for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

I paid ₹6000 and found the stay extremely disappointing. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the power switch, so I couldn’t charge my phone. The lift was out of order, and with my room on the fourth floor, I had to take the stairs every time. The washroom was tiny, about 4x4 ft, with the bucket touching the toilet seat. I asked for drinking water nearly five times and got no response or service. I’d booked through MMT with advance payment and couldn’t cancel. I complained, and MMT contacted the hotel about a refund and cancellation, but the staff refused. With my payment already made, I had no option but to stay. Please think 1000 times before booking.

It’s hard to find a room at this price in this location. The staff were humble, assistance and room service were on point, and the stay was really comfortable. Things were easy to manage, and my overall impression was pretty decent. A good fit for families and groups of friends.
