The Cloud Hotel

Lunch was very good. We had creative vegetarian starters shaped like chicken drumsticks, delicious paneer makhani and mixed veg, then zeera rice with daal fry, butter naan, roti, and green salads. The restaurant and waiting staff were both good, and the toilets were clean and well maintained. It’s a good value-for-money hotel, with solid quality and construction. The rooms are good, especially the business meeting rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is good.

I’ve used this hotel regularly for about 1 years, usually at least twice a month for stays of 8-10 days. Most of the staff are excellent, friendly, and cooperative. My low rating is specifically about Dhruv, who manages Kitchen first desk. His politeness, behavior, service level, and overall attitude are pathetic. Management should reconsider keeping him in that role or provide proper hospitality training. I’ll avoid using the kitchen area going forward.

I won’t stay here again or recommend it. For all three days, my room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathrooms were only tidied, with toiletries rearranged, and not cleaned during my stay. The airport drop for my guest was thoroughly unprofessional too. Despite the exorbitant charge, the driver arrived to pick them up with his wife and child in the car.

My training experience from zenex at **Hotel Silver Cloud!** was lovely. The peaceful setting and top-notch service stood out. **Ranjina madam** was kind and welcoming, and made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. People like her make a trip memorable.💓
