The operator's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. The staff were rude and careless, and the AC didn't work at all. My room was extremely dirty, with serious hygiene problems that made the stay uncomfortable and unsafe. It was a horrible experience and a total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before booking, because it didn't meet basic standards for cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality.

One positive was the location, and Mr Prajapati, who looks after the hotel, treated us excellently. The food he prepared was also super. But after staying for two days, I can't recommend the place because of the lady who operates it. Her behavior toward us was very rude, for no reason. The room and washroom were dirty and smelled bad. The blanket was dirty and had a bad smell, the TV didn't work, and there were no basic items like hand wash or towels. The room condition was pathetic, and the rude treatment made the stay worse.

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location convenient, so my stay was pleasant. There was a minor maintenance problem in the room, though. Narmada Mata Temple and Sri yantra are about 600 meters away, close enough to walk.
