RnB Select Walk Inn Lucknow

We stayed with family for five days. The housekeeping was excellent and the service was very good. The food was exceptional and is a must try.

Every time we went into the room or hotel premises, there was a strong smell of smoke. The room had a persistent unpleasant smell too, and the rooms were small. The bathroom was extremely compact, several pieces of equipment didn't work properly, and the food quality was very poor. It was a disappointing stay that needs serious improvement.

The rooms were unclean and didn't look like the photos on Google. Neither the main door nor the bathroom door locked, and the washroom had really old fittings that didn't work properly. Room service staff seemed more busy peeping into the room than doing their jobs. The food was decent, but not worth the price. I had the worst French fries. A terrible experience.

The location’s really good, and the whole property was kept clean and hygienic. The reception staff were helpful too. The rooms are cozy and warm, though a little small, probably fine for two or three people but no more. There’s no kettle, which didn’t bother me. I liked that they let guests order food from outside even though the policy says otherwise. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.
