Getting to the main road and the nearby ITC hotel was convenient, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. But road noise and constant honking made it hard to sleep. In the room, the cupboard was broken, several switchboards were damaged and felt unsafe, and there were cockroaches. It was small, the ceiling fan kept squeaking, and the washbasin often clogged. The sheets and towels were old, which didn’t feel acceptable at this price. It wasn’t a horrible stay, but it wasn’t very good either.

Nice hotel on the main road, with good rates compared with nearby places. The staff were supportive, and the food is a must-try. Hygiene was properly maintained.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was in very poor condition and not properly cleaned, and the taps didn’t work. Service was terrible, staff weren’t supportive, and the price was far too high. Room service never answered my calls on time.

Cheap accommodation, but the rooms barely function. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and its latch was broken. Cockroaches were everywhere.

I only stayed for a day, and found the hotel affordable and good. The whole team’s hospitality stood out, especially the front desk staff. I highly recommend it.
