There was garbage under the bed, and the bedsheet looked like it hadn't been washed in decades. Rats were running around the room, so I couldn't sleep. Cleanliness was zero, I'd have given it minus one. I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend a room like this to anyone. I've attached photos so you can see for yourself.

The staff were polite, which was the one good thing about my visit. There was no lift available, and the bathroom had hardly any water pressure. The rooms are on the third floor. With no windows or outside air, the room felt suffocating, and the power kept going out with no backup.

The hotel isn't where Google Maps marks it. It's on the third floor with no lift, so getting up there takes extra effort. The rooms are small and have no ventilation. One of the worst hotels.

The water wasn't available, and they charged up to 100 rupess for a cold bottle. The wifi didn't work, and there were electricity problems too. The environment was disturbing, and there were issues with the staff.

It's worth the money, but the staff's behaviour is awful.
