The food had plenty of choice and tasted good, and the location was peaceful while still close to key attractions. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel at home. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service.

We prepaid for a luxe room, but were given a base category room. Staff repeatedly insisted it was the luxe room, even after we raised the issue several times. At checkout, though, the bill listed a base category room. They kept saying there wasn’t much difference between the rooms when we told them we felt cheated. They also didn’t refund the price difference. We found the whole thing untrustworthy and felt they acted in bad faith.

I stayed here on an Italian fam trip, and the experience was disappointing. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and unclean, with visible dust throughout and stained, neglected bathrooms. The property badly needs renovation. For the price, it didn’t meet four star standards and seemed more like a budget hotel to me. As a travel agent, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to international clients expecting that level of comfort and quality.

The restaurant team were helpful, and Satya made a bread omlet for me at the live counter when I asked. Front office service was prompt too. Housekeeping cleaned my room every day and regularly refilled the supplies. My stay at Zone Connect was very comfortable. Thank you.
