The bathroom seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in years, and it was unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. The room itself wasn't clean either, and a strong unpleasant smell hit me as soon as I walked in. I expected basic cleanliness for what I paid, but this didn't meet even minimum standards. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the maintenance and hygiene improve.

The location is central and convenient, and the food is good. Breakfast is lavish, and the hotel has its own brewery serving good beer. Rooms are very small, though the in-room amenities are good.

The AC kept making noise, so I couldn't sleep at all. The place smelled bad from the entrance, and there was no hygiene or cleanliness. The rooms are small, and they don't even change the linen after guests check out. One of the shabbiest hotels I've stayed in, with zero maintenance.

Room 303 had a toilet flush that didn't work, so I had to flush it manually. I told the front desk manager twice, but he gave me a silly excuse for not fixing it. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned when I was given the room, and on my last day they didn't clean the room either. There's a restaurant downstairs, and I really doubt the quality of its food. The worst stay of my life. Please look for a better hotel.

The staff are friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The upma I tried tasted better than even the versions I've had in southern India. It's a neat, clean midsize hotel. Ask for room 101/102 or 201/202.
