Hotel O by OYO Sparrow Nest

I went with my dad for a one-day stay, and the experience was awful. The room had broken walls and a dirty washroom. At reception, they told me the room next door had been taken when I asked for a change, but I watched it stay vacant all night and day. Even the used linen was dirty, like someone had already slept in it. I never expected this kind of hospitality. Pathetic, very bad.

The staff and manager are very good, and the hotel feels very secure for families.

The rooms were beautiful, and the service was very good. Everyone was nice to deal with. 👏 👍

The bathrooms were dirty, like unpleasant railway station toilets, and the bedding was nearly unusable. They changed the sheets, pillows, and blankets when I asked, but the replacements were almost just as bad. At most, this place might be worth Rs 500 a night, yet the charge was exorbitant. Avoid it. There are much better places nearby.
