Diamond Hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple of years, booking multiple rooms for my family and extended family. Its location is very convenient for the important ghats, temples, and other religious sites. We park our vehicle and use local rickshaws or autos from there. The rooms are spacious, and the restaurant food is awesome. I book through makemytrip, and there’s one booking issue I’ve noticed: when I add a 2-year-old child, even with one adult, it says no room is available. For the same date, a room shows as available if I book for two adults and no kids. It seems the hotel treats children of any age as adults for booking. If you bring a child without booking them as an adult, you may have to pay extra for an extra bed. I live in Bengaluru and have stayed in many hotels with my kids; I rarely see this practice. Still, charging for an extra bed is okay if the amount is reasonable, and their charges are reasonable.

I’m currently staying at Hotel Diamond, and Aayush Shrivastava has made the experience wonderful. He’s polite, calm, and professional, always greeting guests with a warm smile and patiently listening to what they need. His dedication and positive attitude deserve recognition. Room service has been excellent, with everything delivered on time and handled with care for cleanliness and detail. He goes beyond the job itself and makes guests feel valued and comfortable. He’s talented, patient, and a real asset to the hotel. If I could, I’d give him 10 out of 5 stars.

Whenever we visit Varanasi, we stay here. We’ve been coming for the past 10 years and hope to return soon. The rest, food, and service are all excellent. Staff are keen to help, and the restaurant serves good meals throughout the day. Room service is helpful too.

The food was amazing, and the service made the stay especially comfortable. Arvind yadav and Raju Rao were a great help. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
