Treebo The Square

I was very happy with the housekeeping during my stay at Novotel. Mr Bappa, mr.ankit, mr gaddu, mr.nilesh, and mr.aman were all friendly and helpful, and made things more comfortable for me. My room was exceptionally clean. The bed was neatly made each day, the bathroom spotless, and supplies like toiletries and coffee were restocked. I also appreciated that they arranged my personal items thoughtfully. Thanks to the team for keeping up such high standards.

When I came back to Ahmedabad recently, I urgently needed somewhere to stay before my Bangkok flight. I’d checked online and found no rooms available, so I contacted Mr. Dashrath, whom I’d had a good interaction with on an earlier stay. He went out of his way to arrange a room for me. I’m truly grateful for his support and cooperation. His helpful attitude made a stressful situation much easier. Excellent service and hospitality, and I really appreciate Mr. Dashrath’s efforts.

The buffet breakfast was well organized and had a good variety, and the room was excellent, with well-kept interiors and a relaxing feel. At Novotel Ahmedabad, the service standards seemed consistent and the property well managed. If you’re in a Premier Room, the Lounge access is worth using. The food selection there is limited, but what they serve is tasty and well made, good for light snacks or a pleasant hi-tea.

The staff were so polite and kind to me and my family, and the hotel felt safe, generous, neat, and gentle in every way. The room was spotless, and the food was the best tasting food ever. It was the best hotel of my life, so good I’d buy a room there, even half a room. I’m seriously speechless. The hotel of wonder, the place that leaves you speechless in a good way. The best hotel in the whole universe, 5 stars.
