We stayed for six nights in Sep 2019, and Room 409 will stay in my memory for a long time. The large glass window looking out onto the street was lovely, and the staff were quite sober. There are countless places to eat nearby, including ice cream parlours and tasty street food stalls. Breakfast is a buffet, though the spread isn't huge, it was adequate. I’d definitely like to stay here again.

Breakfast sent us between different locations, and there was nobody on the ground floor to help with luggage or show us the lift, even though reception was on the first floor. The entrance watchmen were very rude. The staff seemed poorly trained, with little coordination or clear communication. Housekeeping took an hour to bring tea sachets, and a housekeeper tried to tamper with my friend's suitcase lock. Poor service all around. Avoid.

The reception and approach were good, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for the price, and it seems they may be trying to improve. Still, cleanliness and hygiene need work. The room felt tired: the sofa needed cleaning, the centre table needed renovation, the windows and curtains needed replacing, and the bathroom bucket and mug were dirty. Room no. 202 had no hot water. The lift needs an upgrade, and there were leakage marks on the walls. Best wishes for making improvements.

I paid 45rs for a chocolate marked MRP 25rs, so guests, don't take any eatables from the room. The person guiding people from the mall to the hotel had a terrible attitude. He abused the hotel manager in front of me and took his frustration out on me. If management isn't paying staff, they may end up ruining your stay. All the best to management.
