The facilities and staff were both lacking, and the stay was very uncomfortable. My experience fell well short of what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make major improvements.

I booked through Agoda and paid extra for breakfast, but after checking in I found out the hotel didn't offer breakfast. When I asked for a refund, they said someone would arrange it after 9:30 in the morning. People visiting for business can't wait that long just to eat. They never refunded me and kept making excuses. Please check before you check in. A very bad experience with the hotel.

The staff made the stay stand out: they were polite, professional, and quick to help, from check-in through room service. My room was spacious, clean, and felt safe, and the central location made it easy to get around with local conveniences nearby. I had a great stay at Hotel Bhaglaxmi Luxury inn in August 2025. I'd book again on my next visit.

The staff were calm, and the hotel was really nice. A lovely place to experience luxury-style rooms. I had a very good experience.

My family and I were treated rudely by both the owner and the staff. The behavior was ridiculous. This was the worst hotel experience, and I wouldn't stay here even for free. Zero rating from me.
