We found the flat ready for a comfortable stay, with two bedrooms that worked well for two couples, clean toilets, and everything we needed for cooking. The place is centrally located, and I’d recommend it for either a short or long visit. We arrived around 3.30pm, with the keys left with security. The caretaker came by to check that everything was all right. Anu was a great host too, checking in on us and making sure we could reach her if we needed support.

Our suite was comfortable and well looked after, and Nilesh, the supervisor, was helpful and quick to respond. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, with the beach just a short walk away. Casa Legend is in an unbeatable spot.

The greenery around the property and the peaceful atmosphere made this feel like a real break from city life. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy Goan touch. It’s close to the beach but tucked away enough to stay quiet. I really appreciated the hospitality and would happily come back to Goa and stay here again. A relaxed, local-feeling place that I’d recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in a neat place with comfortable beds, a very clean washroom, and amenities that all worked. I’m definitely planning to visit again. A few small things would make it better: shower gel, shampoo, hand towels, and kitchen basics like salt, pepper, tea, and coffee were missing. There was no doormat at the main entrance, and hand towels in the washroom would help too. Goa’s weather means more towels and mats would be useful for keeping sand outside.

The kids loved the swimming pool, which is around 1000 to 1200 sqft. The kitchen was well maintained and running, the bathrooms were neat and clean, and all the equipment in the house was in working order. It has two bedrooms, enough for a family of four, and one room has a balcony. This was one of my best stays in North GOA Candolim. A fan in the dining area or near the make-up area might be useful, though it’s not a very big issue.
