The staff and supervisor were calm, welcoming, and well-mannered, and the apartment was well maintained. It’s spacious, with the basic amenities and a cooking area with utensils. They also provided things on request to suit our needs. For the price, it was worth it, and I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a place in or around Madipakkam.

We stayed at Chippy Apartments for two weeks, and Kanimozhi from maintenance was especially quick to respond whenever we needed something. The apartment was clean and well looked after, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking our meals convenient. There’s also a large parking area, and the property felt safe for our family. The price was a little high, but the service and amenities made it feel justified. A comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.

The Chippy team made the apartment feel like home during our eight days in Chennai, especially the site supervisor, Jamela, and the cleaning staff. Check-in went smoothly, they helped with our logistics, and small issues were dealt with right away. The apartment and corridor stayed clean, and the service felt very professional. The location was convenient, near the airport, amenities, and good places to eat. There’s plenty of car parking, though we used local cab apps.
