The food was decent, and the bellboys were the only staff we found friendly. There’s no dining room, so breakfast is brought to the room. The place needs a major renovation, especially the rooms. We stayed in room 115, and its bathroom was in very poor shape. The rooms were unhygienic, and the reception staff were especially bad. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Just an okay hotel. The service felt average, and we couldn’t get hot water. Cleanliness needs work, and you may find better places to stay.

I’d look at other hotels before booking here. The property feels outdated, and the online photos seem heavily edited and old. The food wasn’t good, the utensils were unhygienic, and the reception staff’s behavior was a particular problem. They added a fee for checking in early, around 9:30 AM, without telling me beforehand. Then they called early in the morning to hurry me through checkout. I’d assumed the hotel followed a 24-hour policy, and only later saw the undisclosed early check-in charge on my bill. Management has its own rules, and there was little transparency or courtesy. They also couldn’t give me a proper invoice for that charge.
