Quint Hospitality made our celebration seamless and memorable with professional, warm service and great attention to detail. The decorations looked beautiful and matched the party's vibe perfectly. Everyone loved the food, which was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend them for a special celebration.

We came back at 12:15 AM to collect our perfume, as security had instructed, and the basket where we'd left it was empty. One guard told us it had been taken to the office, while another said everything from the basket had been thrown in the DUSTBIN. Then he casually told us to search for it in a garbage-filled bin. How is it acceptable to treat people's belongings like trash? At the gate, security stopped us with the perfume bottle and told us to leave it in a basket and pick it up before 1 AM. We followed those instructions. Nobody told us on entry that nothing was allowed or that we had to leave our things in the car. There was zero communication or respect, and from what we saw, many others had the same problem. What should've been a joyful Garba night became one of the most frustrating and insulting experiences I've had. The management was absolutely PATHETIC, and the staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of event management is a disgrace. If you can't organize an event properly or respect people's property, maybe DON'T organize it at all. Don't ruin the Garba spirit with nonsense rules and arrogant staff.

This is the third time I've called ahead to check the gym or swimming pool hours before coming, only to be turned away because it's closed. The staff seem completely unclear about the club's own timings and facilities. There's no accountability from either the front desk or admin. The front desk told me that Mr Shreyansh Jain from admin is responsible for this. We pay so much in membership fees and get such subpar service. Please sort this out. It's completely unacceptable.

There's a good range of activities here, including gym workouts, yoga, and sports, so it suits people of different ages. The YMCA Club is a welcoming place for fitness and recreation, with a positive atmosphere. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the trainers and staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. A good spot to stay active and healthy, and I'd recommend it.
