We held my sangeet and haldi here, and Vikram sir handled the arrangements so well. He was super helpful and made sure our guests were treated well. We had booked 70 rooms, and all the guests were happy with their stay. The rooms were luxurious and clean, and the staff were very courteous. Excellent hotel for stays and functions, 100% recommend.

We held a baby mundan party here in May, and it went excellently. We’d also had my nephew’s birthday party here in 2021. The staff are super friendly, the food tastes great, and guests gave it very positive feedback. There’s a good amount of parking. It’s a nice venue for family functions, though it’s a bit on the other corner of the city. The decoration and welcome gate were very basic, especially considering the decoration cost more than at other hotels with the same or lower prices.

We chose this hotel for my son’s 8th birthday because of its excellent location. As a hotelier, I’m particular about service standards, and Team Emerald did an impressive job. The menu was wide and well curated, the food quality was excellent, and the arrangements went smoothly. Staff were courteous, and even my distinguished guests appreciated the experience. For our 2 day wedsing function, we booked the whole hotel. The rooms were amazing, service was unparall, and the location was picturesque. The manager and coordinators were supportive and did as much as they could to help. We enjoyed the whole event, and the stay was completely satisfactory.
