Hotel Miramar

The worst part was the management's lack of responsibility after we reported the rats. We waited in reception for over an hour while the manager looked into it, but got no solution. Later we were told someone would contact us, and nobody did. Guest safety and hygiene should matter, especially when families have children. We were staying with our two kids in a room at Miramar Hotel where rats moved around at night, climbed onto the bed, and chewed through our food packets. We found droppings in several places, including on the bed. It was extremely disturbing. We reported it right away, and have video evidence of the room's condition. I rarely leave a negative review, but I can't recommend this hotel after that experience. I hope management takes immediate action on cleanliness and customer service.

We stayed overnight at Hotel Miramar. The hospitality was good, and the team were quick to move us when our first room smelled near the toilet. They also provided service as needed. Still, for a hotel described as luxury, having cockroaches in the rooms raises real concerns about cleanliness. The restaurant sits across from the coast, with a scenic view in the morning and at night. There's also a live orchestra on weekends. Must try Bullets.

This is about the restaurant, not the hotel, which is decent and has good service. The restaurant's view is its only good point. The food was pathetic, like street food. The pizza tasted like something you would get on the street, and homemade pizza is much better. They used a super bread pizza base with ketchup as the sauce and charged 650. The service was strange too. They brought the bill in the middle of my meal, then took it back when I said I still wanted to order more. Drinks were way overpriced. Choose wisely.

We'd already checked out at 11:00 PM, but the coordination was poor and customer care was rude, careless, and showed no concern for guest comfort. At 2:00 AM, staff called to ask if we had extra blankets, waking us for no valid reason. Earlier, at 1:30 PM, staff came to our room and pressured us to sign a bill for a water bottle. They charged us for an extra bed but never brought one, despite repeated requests. It was an extremely disappointing stay at Miramar Hotel, Daman. The service, management, and customer care were the worst, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
