OYO 75843 Sm Residency

The manager refused my Agoda reservation and demanded extra money, even though it was confirmed and fully paid. Narayana Swamy was rude and unhelpful. Horrible service and a terrible place. Don't book here.

When we reached the hotel, they demanded extra money at check-in despite our properly made, fully paid Agoda booking. They wasted our time, ruined our trip, and tried to get more money at the last moment. It felt like daylight robbery. Narayan Swamy was arrogant, greedy, and unprofessional, with no manners, hospitality, or honesty. Instead of resolving the issue, he acted like a thug trying to squeeze money out of customers. Sleeping on the footpath would be better than dealing with this cheating hotel. It was the worst experience of my life. Agoda should blacklist the property. Avoid it.

Wouldn't recommend it at all. I paid the full amount when booking, but the receptionist asked for more at check-in and behaved very badly. The service was awful.

The staff were helpful and the service was good. The location is near Manyata Park, gate number 5. Special thanks to the hotel manager, a great and helpful person. Because of that, I extended my room for three days. Thanks to the SM residency team and manager.
