The ambience was fine and the staff were cooperative, but the rooms hadn’t been made ready even though I’d let them know before arriving. Breakfast wasn’t up to the mark, and the bedsheets weren’t properly cleaned.

My family was denied check-in after I booked online at a lower price. The receptionist asked for more money than the booking price, then cancelled our booking for supposed lack of rooms when I didn’t pay extra. The hotel service was the worst, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

The room was clean and tidy, and there’s a restaurant, though I didn’t try it. It’s away from the city, and the AC didn’t cool even when set to 16 degrees. There was a baby lizard in the bathroom. When I complained about mosquitoes, they put down a repellent coil that was suffocating.

The surroundings were pleasant, and the facilities made the stay comfortable. I had no issues here and enjoyed my time.

It was a good place to stay, though the price felt a little high for the facilities they provide.
