Hotel Patiala House by OYO Rooms

The rooms are large and lavish, and the place is neat and clean. Hot water and a hair dryer are available. Staff apart from room service were supportive, but getting food delivered took nearly 30 minutes and service was very slow. The Wi-Fi really isn't good enough for a business traveller.

It's easy to find, behind the Reliance Trends shop on Shirdi Road in Savedi, and you can drive there. Parking is available, and rickshaws can take you from Maliwada bus station, about 5 km away. The staff are good, food is okay, and the rooms' ambience is average. Hygiene is okay too. Breakfast and tea don't start until after 8 am, and sometimes online bookings aren't honored because of business obligations. Fine for accommodation.

The rooms are clean, though the bed seemed to have been made with a used bedsheet. The receptionist was very unprofessional. Water, a basic amenity, is charged separately, and nobody clarified at check-in whether breakfast was included. We were told later it would cost extra. There was no mat at the bathroom entrance, and we had to ask for one.

There's parking for two and four wheelers, and the place is on the main road, close to the highway. It also has a small hall for small functions. Check-in and checkout are at 12 pm. The rooms and room service are nice, rates are moderate, and the staff are cooperative. It could use more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. A nice place to visit with friends and family in Ahmadnagar.
