Hotel Suvarnam Residency

The room was very clean, the food quality was great, and the hospitality was very good. Staff were cooperative.

The manager didn't seem concerned about taking our order and sent the cleaning staff to ask what we wanted. It spoiled dinner and family time. Our kids' french fries 🍟 arrived 20-25 minutes late, and I cancelled my roti order instead of ordering more. The staff behaved badly. A bad evening and dinner.

The food tastes good, but service from the staff takes a long time.

The barbecue was a huge letdown. They said everything would be made fresh to order since nothing was laid out, but our starter took half an hour and came out unprofessionally. We had to keep asking for chutney, which they didn't have, so they squeezed out plain mayonnaise instead. When we ordered dahi Puri, they brought papadi chat, and there were other mix-ups too. The Russian salad, kimchi, and fresh fruit cubes they had served earlier were jelly, along with a few other items. I could go on for hours, and I've attached a few pictures. The place had sounded like a dream when they told me the rate, but that impression fell apart once they started serving. I can only speak about the barbecue, since I don't know how their other food service is. You can try anything else, but I'd avoid the barbecue. It was pathetic.
