The staff were careless and rude, with no manners or professionalism when dealing with guests. The room itself didn't feel comfortable or clean, and the overall condition wasn't satisfactory. Worst of all, the washroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with very low hygiene standards. Basic cleanliness should be expected at any hotel, but Hotel GenNext fell badly short. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Management needs to improve cleanliness and train staff in basic hospitality and how to treat customers.

GenNext nam rakhne se update nhi hote. Uske liye follow bhi karna padta hai. The room quality was poor, and the washroom floor was covered in water, making it unhygienic and unsafe. Cleanliness wasn't maintained, and the service was extremely bad. They didn't provide even basic items like slippers, toothpaste, a toothbrush or oil. This poorly maintained hotel isn't worth the money. Management needs to improve hygiene and guest service. I don't recommend it at all.

Thanks to Ajeet for the welcoming service. The hospitality was excellent, the food was good, and the bathroom was clean. A perfect choice for a visit.

I spent 10 days there, but they only cleaned the room once, and that was after I asked. There was no room service for cleaning the bed or room, and no telephone in my room. A very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The service is really very poor, even though the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is on the main road in Vaishali, Ajmer, near Aana sagar Lake.
