The rooms are comfortable, but service is too slow, possibly because they're short staffed. I called twice about getting the TV started, and the guy came 45 minutes late. The next day, I asked about hot water and the receptionist took almost an hour to respond. The receptionist is quite casual, like he's dealing with friends rather than guests, though not in an insulting way. There is no iron box, and this isn't very close to Ajmer Dargah Sharief. It's comparatively good, just not up to 3 star standards. Go for it if you get a reasonable price.

I couldn't sleep all night in Room No. 106. The window AC was so loud, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was filthy and unusable. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers, the lock on the door was damaged, and the room phone didn't work. I even had to go to reception for water, and the food I ordered wasn't properly delivered. Getting the room was a mess from the start. I had a confirmed booking through Cleartrip, but on arrival I was told the hotel was full. The security guard was rude and wouldn't let my car in properly, sending me straight to reception. After nearly an hour with customer care, I heard the hotel had claimed I'd been shown a room and turned it down. That never happened. The room was also nothing like the online pictures. I believe the hotel misrepresents what it offers. I've filed a formal complaint seeking a refund and compensation. It wasn't worth the money and caused a lot of stress.

The place itself is good, but there’s no ironing board. The staff speak to you very casually, more like a neighbor or friend than a customer. That doesn’t feel right for a business in hospitality, especially one that claims to be 3-star.

The garden view is really nice, and the rooms have plenty of space. The format rooms especially felt spacious. Hotel Kanak Sagar is a very good place.
