I was in Ajmer on 10th Jan and had booked Masoom Hotel ahead for four days of my occasion leave. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and late check-in went smoothly. The hallways were quiet, which was good for resting. My room was spacious and modern, with a clean feel and comfortable beds. The location near the station worked well for sightseeing, and breakfast had plenty of choice with excellent food. Hi, I'm Dr Yusuf Azain from Bangalore.

My stay was a huge disappointment. Staff were discourteous and unprofessional, and the room had clear dirt and stains. The washbasin kept leaking, while the lighting kept shifting from bright to dim. Cleanliness, maintenance, and staff interactions all made for a bad experience.

The room service staff seemed ready to argue over every little thing. Even asking them to wipe up rainwater that had come into the room led to an argument. It felt like they only wanted our money. I'd never go back.

Just no. Cockroaches were everywhere when I stayed last night, and the sheets had cigarette burns. The conditions left me absolutely appalled. Please don't visit.

I booked in March 2021, only a month after the hotel opened in Feb 2021. It felt more like a guest house than a hotel, and the service wasn't good. The geyser didn't work.
