Getting to the Dargah for Ibadaat and Ziarat is easy because the hotel is right by Gate 4. The room itself was good, but the service was horrible. The staff weren’t cordial at all, and I wasn’t happy with the service.

The room price was far too high, the air conditioners were extremely noisy, the towels were dirty and smelly, and the water ran out for more than three hours every day. Staff wouldn’t carry our luggage to or from the rooms, and the reception made my family and me wait a long time. The receptionist, Sajid, was rude and acted oversmart. He didn’t understand the difference between 12:30 in the morning and 12:30 in the afternoon. They should have an educated person at reception. I had the worst stay here and couldn’t wait to check out. Even firing Sajid might not help. This is a 3rd class hotel.

The food was hard to judge because it depends on what they happen to be serving, and I had mixed experiences. Staff were good, though at times it was difficult to communicate what we needed and make ourselves understood. I stayed from 16Oct 8:00 till 19Oct 15:00, and whenever we visit dargha Sharif, staying here has generally been a good experience. The only other drawback was the network connection in the area. It's a nice hotel overall.

It was peaceful and soothing, and you can hear the religious processions. The hotel is very close to the dargah, with spacious, clean rooms and good service. Definitely worth the price.
