They demanded full payment before check-in and wouldn’t let us properly see the room first, which felt very uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unprofessional, without basic courtesy when speaking to guests. I stayed at Hotel Moon Star, where the room was dirty and poorly maintained, and we even found cockroaches inside. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Even with a confirmed booking, they may not let you stay. The staff were the worst. Avoid this hotel.

The staff’s response and service were poor, and they treated people very badly. This is a very bad hotel. I’d say never go here.
