The management was unhelpful and unprofessional when I brought up the problems, and showed no sign they intended to improve things. The room itself was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic, with dirty floors and stained sheets. The online photos were completely misleading and didn’t match what I found. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Please don’t pick this hotel for a family stay based on the photos they uploaded. It’s very poor and overpriced, with no neatness. This seems like a place bachelors come to for a safe drinking spot. Just look at the photos, they say it all.

This was my second stay here, and I enjoyed it both times. I first came with friends and returned with my family; both groups were impressed and happy with the property. The staff were warm, polite, and welcoming each visit, and the receptionist handled all our requirements professionally. The rooms are tidy, well kept, and the room service is great. It’s also a good base for getting to the main parts of Kochi. Thanks, D2V, we had a lovely time. Looking forward to more Cochin holidays with you ❤️

The property is in a peaceful spot and the room was spacious, but check before paying whether your room has a keyhole in the door. Ours didn’t. There was no geyser in our room either, so ask about that before check-in. We also had no kettle or coffee, tea, milk, or sugar sachets. For the price, those amenities are expected, but weren’t provided. Hopefully the team improves things. Best wishes.
