They wouldn’t accept my government ID when I went to check in, even though I’m 18, and refused to give me the room I’d booked. They also kept my money instead of refunding it. Very disappointing.

2/10
The room was small, which I could have accepted, but booking here turned out to be a mistake. It wasn’t properly cleaned, and the clothes and blanket smelled really bad. The AC didn’t work, there was no TV channel subscription, and they didn’t provide drinking water. The bottle they sold was far too expensive, and basic things were missing.

The room smelled awful, and there were cockroaches. The rooms were unhygienic and not as advertised online, not worth even one star. Nothing worked except the fan, including the AC and other things. The bed and blankets were in bad condition too.
