Hotel Park Palace

I had a terrible stay. There was no water, the intercom didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the basin was unhygienic. When we asked for room service or drinking water, staff often ignored us or didn’t respond. The manager acted as if helping customers was a favor, and the staff were uncooperative. Poor service and hygiene made this one of the most pathetic hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d never stay here again.

There were cockroaches and bedbugs in the room. When I complained, staff ignored it as if nothing was wrong. Their behavior was awful, and there was no hot water for a morning bath.

The restaurant food was very bad, and the rooms smelled. On top of that, the electricity seemed unreliable during my stay, and the geyser in my room wasn’t working. The service was awful, and the whole experience would ruin your mood. I wouldn’t stay here.

For a night, it might do if you mainly need parking in Ajmer, and the price is low. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here otherwise. When I arrived, there was no drinking water, and the water area was very dirty. Hygiene wasn’t maintained: the bathroom was dirty, the taps were unclean, and the flush was broken. The basin taps ran so slowly that I had to wait for water. The AC worked, but the fans didn’t work properly. Service was poor.
