They treated my mother, who is around 70, very kindly, and there’s a wheelchair available for senior citizens and people with disabilities. The location was perfect and the facilities were good. We were totally satisfied with our stay. Thanks so much, bachchan Palace. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to people around me.

We had an AC room for a low price and didn’t run into any of the problems we often have when traveling. The hotel, room, and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff were lovely. They came from quite far to help with our luggage and suggested places to visit. Dashashwamedh Ghat is just a minute away, while Kashi Temple Gate No. 2 is about six minutes away. There’s also a lift. The restaurant seemed a little expensive, so we only had tea, but it was good.

We felt at home during our five days here. The staff were caring, nice, and very helpful, and both the service and food were very good. The hotel is close to Dashwamedh Ghat, with Vishwanath Temple within walking distance, and it has a lift. The manager, Mr. Mithlesh Pandey, helped us with everything. They can arrange a personal boat ride and sightseeing at a reasonable price, and international money exchange is available. Wheelchair service for older guests costs a reasonable amount.

The location near Vishwanath temple was fantastic, and staying here was an excellent experience. The rooms were good and had all the amenities. Staff were very polite and cooperative, and the service was very good. 👌

Getting there by vehicle isn’t possible, but the hotel arranges someone to carry your luggage. The place is clean and well maintained, and the rooftop view in every direction is excellent. Good hotel.
