Mr. Siddiquc and the whole team made the stay comfortable and hassle-free, with personal care that I really appreciated. From arrival to departure, Mr. Siddiquc was warm, professional, and attentive to detail. He kept arrangements running smoothly, anticipated what was needed, and responded promptly and courteously. That kind of genuine, thoughtful hospitality is rare. I had a truly pleasant stay at Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage Varanasi, would highly recommend it, and look forward to coming back.

The staff were courteous and the rooms clean, making for a comfortable stay and good value. Service and amenities were satisfactory, though there’s still room for improvement. Overall, a decent experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the in house restaurant charcoal served excellent food. Room quality was good value for the price, though I was a bit disappointed by the room service. Auto and toto rickshaws are available in front of the hotel, with fares around Rs. 100 to Rs. 150 till gowdolia chowk. The hotel is in town, around 4 kms from Kashi temple. There’s underground parking, but I wouldn’t recommend using it. It’s very congested and takes high skills to maneuver.
