The food was delicious, and the chef was amazing. We had a fantastic private room, and the hostel has a super relaxed vibe in a great spot right by the river. They also run fun little group outings, like local food tasting and boat trips. There was no hot water, though you probably won't need it in hot, hot Varanasi. One of the loveliest hostels I've stayed in.

A really awesome spot for backpackers to stay, chill, or hang out. The location is great, and the rooftop cafe has a breathtaking view. Everything is clean and set up well for having fun. The staff are friendly, especially the host, Sidd. Loved it, definitely one of the best hostels.

Staying in an old temple with a lovely rooftop overlooking the Ganges was so cool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Raj deserves a special mention for looking after me when I was feeling sick. A couple of things could use attention: the toilets and showers, and the rooms were hard to ventilate since all the windows seemed blocked.

The rooftop really made it for me, especially at sunset with kites in the sky. This hostel is right in the middle of old Varanasi, and the location is spot on. It was very clean, the food was seriously tasty, and the staff were lovely and helpful. They also put on street food walks, cooking classes, and boat rides. Probably the best place to stay.

The people are what made this hostel special for me. The staff were great, the owner was a really good guy, and the backpackers I met there gave me some of my best times in India. The dorms are good too, and the location right by the ghats is amazing. I’ve travelled all over India, so I feel comfortable saying this is one of the best hostels, maybe the best. No need to keep looking, you’ve found it.
