Hotel Anant Inn

I visited in August 2025. The room was clean and neat for what I paid, and the staff behaved well. The location was good too. For an OYO price, it felt like a four-star experience.

The rooms were spotless and had a really relaxing feel, and the food was great. The staff were polite throughout. The owner deserves a special mention, he was a gem, very knowledgeable, and helped us so much during our stay. The temple is literally just 1 km away. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it. ❤️

The rooms are clean and newly built, though a bit compact. Sarnath Temple is very close, and the staff behave well. There’s a pure vegetarian restaurant on site, but the prices felt a little high. We had a good time here.

The room cleaners treated us well, we had no theft issues, and the hotel is near Sarnath. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with a large group, since the rooms are small. We paid for a triple room but were given a small room, and when we asked for a refund they didn't want to provide one. We also weren't given a receipt at checkout. A lot of the positive reviews seem questionable to me, especially those from people with only one or two reviews. Some of the good comments may be about the restaurant rather than the hotel.
