The staff were slow and unprofessional when we complained. They ignored the problems or made excuses instead of putting them right. The room smelled unpleasant as soon as we came in, with dusty surfaces and stained bedsheets. The bathroom was below basic hygiene standards, and hot water was unreliable. For what they charge, the maintenance and service are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Surabhi in Ajmer. There are much better options there.

The staff are kind and nice, and the hotel is good for a stay. In my opinion, though, the location isn't great.

The rooms were spacious, with great interiors and superb cleanliness. It's close to the markets and near the railway station, but the noise didn't bother us. The staff and owner were cooperative. All great, I'd definitely book again next time.

There was an electrical fault that gave my whole family shocks from every tap, in the toilet, bathroom, and wash basin. They didn't provide towels or soap, and they treated every complaint casually. No service quality, no friendly staff, and no facilities. Stay away from this hotel.
