The room itself was good, but the service was poor and it was a terrible experience. There was no cold water, and the charging plug was damaged. A TV was there, but no set-top box. We kept getting disturbed by the window side of the room. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and the glass they gave us for drinking water was extremely dirty.
