The staff were genuinely helpful, which was a real bright spot. The location right by Ajmer Junction station is hard to beat. The rooms, though, were small and often felt claustrophobic, with dampness that made them less comfortable. Dining was disappointing too. The rooftop area wasn’t set up as a proper place to eat, and the food quality fell short. It may suit travellers who put location and staff service ahead of room comfort and meals.

Very disappointing stay. The staff were rude, the TV in the room didn’t work, and housekeeping was poor, with rooms not cleaned every day. They made promises when I booked and then didn’t honor them. At the same price, there are many better options. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This was my second time in Ajmer, and I’ll keep choosing this hotel. The room was good, the management was good, and the service was amazing. If you’re coming to Ajmer, this is the best option for you.

Good rooms in the heart of the city. The staff were great and cooperative, and there’s parking too. Nice place.

We stayed in two rooms. The receptionist was very rude, and they charged for every little thing, even 10 rupees for a photocopy. The bedsheets were very dirty, and I’m adding photos with this review. The geyser and AC weren’t working properly, and the AC was even off. They charged 30 rupees for a water bottle; when I said that was wrong, he told me to go somewhere else.
